Westland Mall

I really enjoyed the day I spent at Westland Mall helping the children to paint. It was amazing how these kids enjoyed painting. I also painted some of their faces. Some of them wanted to be clowns, and others wanted some kind of tattoos. I think Miami Dade College did a great job and its good this kind of relationship between parents, children and the college; because they start to see the college as an option of education for kids. Many young people ask for application of admission for the college. That would be great, that teenagers who has lost contact with school come back and don’t give it up. It was nice to be part of this at least for one day. I really encourage all students to help the college in this journey.
